- Select Cancel Plan or Pause Plan.

When you cancel:
- Access remains until the end of your billing period.
- Audiences stop refreshing after expiration.
- You can reactivate anytime — data is preserved for 30 days.
Ask the AI Assistant: “Pause my plan” or “Cancel my subscription.” It will guide you through the process and confirm next steps.
