How to upgrade, downgrade, or renew your Slopeside subscription.

Easily manage your active subscription and ensure uninterrupted access to Slopeside’s high-intent audiences.
⚙️ How to View & Manage Billing
- Navigate to Dashboard → Billing.
- Review your current plan, renewal date, and payment method.
- Click Manage Subscription to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.
- Download invoices directly from the Billing page or Stripe portal.
Ask the AI Assistant: “Show my current plan details.” It will summarize your plan, renewal date, and active audiences.
🧾 Updating Payment Method
- Go to Billing → Update Payment Method.
- Add a new card or payment source.
- Confirmation appears instantly; no service interruption.
Tip: You can update billing details anytime — it won’t affect your current syncs or data access.
