How to upgrade, downgrade, or renew your Slopeside subscription.

Easily manage your active subscription and ensure uninterrupted access to Slopeside’s high-intent audiences.

⚙️ How to View & Manage Billing

  1. Navigate to Dashboard → Billing.
  1. Review your current plan, renewal date, and payment method.
  1. Click Manage Subscription to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.
  1. Download invoices directly from the Billing page or Stripe portal.

Ask the AI Assistant: “Show my current plan details.” It will summarize your plan, renewal date, and active audiences.

🧾 Updating Payment Method

  • Go to Billing → Update Payment Method.
  • Add a new card or payment source.
  • Confirmation appears instantly; no service interruption.

Tip: You can update billing details anytime — it won’t affect your current syncs or data access.
